Tony Wayne Baxter (1947-present) is an Imagineer and the former Senior Vice President of Creative Development of Walt Disney Imagineering. He is notable for his creative and practical development on a great number of classic Disney attractions; notably for the context of this wiki including Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Disneyland Paris and Phantom Manor with him having also done work for the Haunted Mansion.
